Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch all stock items within the stated delivery days (Monday to Friday), however if this is not possible we will contact you. We aim to keep all items on the website in stock, however if we have temporarily sold out of your chosen item we will dispatch the item as soon as stock is received. For all personalised items, delivery times will be advised on receipt of order or enquiry and our standard delivery times do not apply.

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate, postage is generated by an automated system and will not detect addresses that appear incomplete. All redelivery costs for returned items with incomplete or incorrect addresses will be chargeable.

International Deliveries

If you live outside the UK we offer a worldwide parcel service for smaller items, just insert the delivery address at checkout. Please note that International shipments of larger items is not possible for most brands.

Returns, Refunds and Defective or Incorrect Items

We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with that you have purchased online within 21 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition in which they were received. The cost of the goods will then be refunded but there will be no refund for postage and packing costs. 

For clothing and gift purchases made in store we are happy to exchange your item for you providing it is returned in the condition it was purchased within 21 days of receipt. Proof of purchase is required for us to enable an exchange. Please note this does not apply for prams and nursery products. At the managers discretion a credit note may be issued with the same 21 day policy applied. 

Please take your parcel to the nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. When returning goods please quote the name of the correspondent that agreed the return when you first notified us of it. You should receive your refund or exchange within 3 working days (in stock items only) from the date Bababoom received the returned item(s).

Refunds can only be refunded back to the original purchaser and receipt of purchase must be included with the return. A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase must be included for a refund. If there are any problems with your refund we will contact you. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. We cannot be held responsible for postal strikes or any natural disaster that may affect the postal service.
