I love Bababoom- I was seeking a certain brand (Joolz) that I couldn’t find anywhere else in London. Bababoom carried it and was also very knowledgeable and able to give me all the comparison info for Joolz vs other brands. I made the purchase almost 2 years ago and am still in touch with them whenever I have questions or need warranty support with Joolz. They are always very fast and helpful.

What a wonderful shop! My husband and I visited a couple of times, we were assisted by the extremely knowledgeable Megan and Isabella - both so friendly and helpful. Megan spent so much time with us taking us through the different products from car seats, prams, next to me cribs, high chairs - everything! No questions were too much for them, they were honest and we still felt we could make our own decisions on what we wanted with their guidance. We placed an order for all of the main items which we are looking forward to collecting in December when our baby is due - another massive perk of the shop is that due to their independence they can hold onto your orders until you are ready to collect! Overall completely delighted and looking forward to picking up our baby bits in a few weeks. They also offer a discount on your overall order (I’m not sure if this is on all the time) but it was even sweeter to save some money on a big order. Thank you Bababoom, so nice to still have a local and independent baby shop x

They are Super knowledgeable , which has been great as this is my first baby and nothing seems to much to ask of them. They are so friendly, efficient and their products are top quality. It is clear to see how much love and passion they put into making sure all their customers have an unforgettable experience, especially at this difficult time, their regular social media demonstrations and Q and As have been a real stress reliever and have just added to the excitement of having a baby. I will be telling people about Bababoom for years to come!

The staff in this shop are passionate, knowledgable and reassuring at every step of the way! They made a special day out with my Mum (buying items such as the pram, bedside cot and car seat) so much more enjoyable! I felt really overwhelmed in other retailers and often came away having more questions than answers but not here! You can chat away to all the staff with ease and you are not made to feel silly for asking all sorts of questions! Their incredible expertise in all things baby products, prams, accessories is so impressive along with fantastic advice too! Can’t wait to visit again to pick up our items and in the future!

The best baby boutique I have ever visited. it’s a family owned business with a great customer service, the entire team are very helpful and so knowledgeable with their products. Being a first time mum when everything can seem so over whelming, especially with so many different product options.. they all made my experience so quick and easy. Delivery is fast too. I can’t recommend them enough. There Instagram is also filled with lots of information and someone is always available to answer any queries! I love it 🥰

I cannot rate Bababoom highly enough! As first time parents when we first visited we weren’t exactly sure what we needed but Megan spent loads of time talking us through everything without trying to oversell to us. You get a level of customer service here that you wouldn’t get in big retail shops. When we collected the stuff today, which was a large order it was all there waiting for us and she even helped us pack the car! Thank you so much to Megan and the bababoom team for helping us get baby ready with stuff that is the right fit for us 😀

I absolutely love Bababoom. The girls in there are SO helpful, they’re really up to date on their knowledge on new products, and have helped take the stress out of buying all my baby essentials. The Instagram is 10/10 - full of videos demonstrating how to dismantle your prams etc would definitely recommend

Most amazing experience!We’ve had such a lovely morning, looking at prams, car seats and high chairs (all of which we purchased today). Thanks to the expert advice from the staff, we were able to make informed decisions about what we wanted and needed from prams etc.There was no pressure to buy anything which was lovely too.We will definitely return for other bits in the future.
